| The ACS Advisory Board was formed in December, 2001. The overall purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide strategic advice and direction for the organization. Because Advisory Board members are associated with the academic community and do not have organizational or client responsibilities, their focus and expertise is more broad based than company executives, providing ACS with additional input for strategic decision making. The initial goals of the Advisory board will be to provide an industry strategic overview, a review of ACS strategic issues, and recommendations for an ongoing strategic plan to address organizational, client, and technology requirements The board is comprised of four senior individuals, with a fifth member anticipated by February 2002.
